• A booking is confirmed once the required advance is received and we issue written confirmation.
• Payments are taken through secure PCI-compliant third-party gateways in the currencies shown at checkout.
• The balance is due by the date in your confirmation; non-payment may be treated as a cancellation under the Cancellation Policy.

• Prices are quoted per itinerary and confirmed at booking; your confirmed rate is final.
• Each itinerary lists inclusions and exclusions; anything not listed — typically flights, visas, insurance, tips, personal expenses — is excluded unless stated.
• Prices may change before booking due to season, supplier, or tax changes.

• Requested changes are subject to availability and supplier cost differences.
• Cancellations follow the Cancellation Policy in full.
• Rarely, we may alter an itinerary for safety or operational reasons and will offer the nearest equivalent.

You are responsible for valid documents, visas, and required vaccinations. We advise, but entry and health requirements are yours to meet. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every traveller.

We plan and coordinate your trip and select vetted partners, and we operate our own fleet; hotels and activity providers are independent suppliers. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services booked with us, and we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure or by third-party suppliers acting outside our reasonable control.

Travellers must follow local laws, site rules, and reasonable guide instructions. We may end participation without refund where conduct endangers others or breaks the law.
