Attending or hosting a wedding in India, as a returning NRI traveller, usually means coordinating travel around a multi-day, multi-venue set of ceremonies rather than a single event, often for a mixed group of guests who need transport, accommodation and sometimes their first orientation to the specific city or region.
What we help with
Indian weddings commonly run across several days and venues, with a wide guest list that may include overseas family and friends attending India for the first time. We help with the travel logistics around that — airport transfers, guest transport between ceremony venues, hotel blocks, and a short orientation or city tour for guests with a spare day either side of the events.
What this doesn't cover
We are a travel and logistics partner for guest travel, not a wedding planner — venue booking, catering, decor and the ceremony arrangements themselves are outside what we do. Where you already have a wedding planner, we work alongside them on the guest-travel side specifically.

No — we handle guest travel logistics (transfers, transport between venues, hotel coordination), not venue booking, catering or the ceremony arrangements. We're happy to work alongside your wedding planner on the travel side.
Can you arrange a group airport pickup for many arriving guests?
Yes — tell us flight numbers and arrival windows for your guest list and we will coordinate the pickups.
Can guests add sightseeing before or after the wedding?
Yes — tell us how many spare days guests have and we will suggest a short, appropriate add-on itinerary.
