The visa itself is issued only by the Government of India, exclusively through its official portal at indianvisaonline.gov.in — we do not issue visas, and we do not charge a fee on top of the government's own fee for the visa itself.

Experience My India arranges private airport pickup and drop across the cities we operate in, with your driver tracking your flight so a delay does not leave you waiting at an unfamiliar arrivals hall. This is included in every tour package's inclusions list, and available as a stand-alone service too.

A private car and driver for the length of your trip is the default way most of our itineraries move — across cities, into national parks, and on long desert or mountain roads — rather than a series of separate point-to-point taxi bookings, and it is standard on essentially every one of our tour packages.

India's train reservation system and domestic flight booking channels can be genuinely confusing for a first-time visitor, so we help you book both where a tour package involves a train or a domestic flight leg — from the fast Gatimaan and Shatabdi expresses to standard domestic routes — while being clear that airlines and railways, not us, set fares and schedules.

Experience My India strongly recommends travel insurance for every trip, but does not sell or issue policies — cover is arranged with a licensed insurer of your choice. We can tell you what to look for given the specific itinerary you're booking, but the terms, price and claims process are the insurer's, confirmed directly with them.

Connectivity across India varies a great deal by region: most cities and well-travelled routes have reliable 4G, but parts of Ladakh in particular have limited coverage where only certain postpaid SIMs on specific Indian networks work. We give this guidance honestly rather than promising universal coverage a trip through remote regions cannot actually deliver.

No. No travel company can. We help you identify the right visa category and prepare a complete application; the Government of India issues every Indian visa, on its own official portal.
Is travel insurance included in your tour packages?
No. We recommend it strongly, and can point you towards what to look for, but cover is arranged with an insurer directly.
Can I book just a car and driver without a full tour package?
Yes — private car and driver, and airport transfers, are both available as stand-alone services.
Do these services cost extra on top of a tour package?
Some, like airport transfers and a local guide, are usually already included in a package's inclusions list. Others, like visa assistance or eSIM guidance, are advisory services we provide regardless of whether you book a package with us.
